Patterns, not exposure
A story may be read and grouped into themes such as care needed, cost barriers, insurance issues, outcomes, and what would have helped.
How stories are used
Stories help identify patterns in emergency and specialist veterinary care access. Public pages should not include names, contact details, raw stories, or identifying details.
A story may be read and grouped into themes such as care needed, cost barriers, insurance issues, outcomes, and what would have helped.
Names, contact details, raw stories, exact locations, vet names, insurer names, claim numbers, and identifying details are not public.
Anonymous quotes require permission and human review. If a quote could identify someone, it should not be used publicly.
